Klouleiz CRM copies your data straight from your current CRM over its API. No spreadsheets, no lost owners, no duplicate records.
Supported CRMs
- Bitrix24 — cloud or on-premise, with an inbound webhook.
- Zoho CRM — all data centres, with a Self Client.
- Salesforce — leads, contacts and opportunities.
- HubSpot — contacts and deals with a private app token.
- Pipedrive — persons, leads and deals.
- Anything else — Excel or CSV import with column mapping.
How it works
1. Connect
Paste the webhook or token. Klouleiz CRM shows how many records it found, with examples.
2. Map stages and people
Each old stage is matched to a new one by name; won and lost stages go to your success and failed stages. Owners are matched by e-mail and name.
3. Copy
Contacts first, then leads, then deals linked to their contacts. Names, phones, e-mails, source, amount, owner, stage and the original created date come across. Other fields can be kept in the comments.
4. Run it again whenever you want
Every record keeps its old ID, so a second run updates instead of duplicating — useful while both systems are in use.
Is it safe?
The token is stored encrypted, used only to read, and deleted when the migration is cleared. Nothing is changed in the old CRM.

How long does a migration take?
A few thousand records take minutes. Large accounts copy in the background and you can follow the progress and the log.
Do automations run on copied records?
No. Copied records do not trigger rotation or automations, so agents are not flooded with old leads.
